A team of enthusiastic engineers, project managers and supervisors, with over 15 years' experience in solar installations.

Over the years, we have expanded our knowledge and skills. We started with residential and small business owners’ rooftop installations. Large-scale rooftop projects followed. This eventually led to utility-scale ground-mounted solar parks.


MultiLot

Solocq operates according to the so-called MultiLot concept, which means that the end customer purchases the various "Lots" himself.


We distinguish the following Lots:

5. Cabling

6. Installer

7. Mobilisation

8. Civil

9. Management


The Lot "Management" is the role in which Solocq operates, and can be subdivided into Engineering, Site Supervision and Project Management.


The advantage of working according to MultiLot is that each party has very clear responsibilities (scope of works), and also:


1. Full choice of own components and suppliers

2. CPAX is 15 to 20% lower than in the EPC concept

3. More grip on the work, finances and time schedule (COD)

Engineering

Engineering, design and lay-out; Drawing up Time Schedule; As built documentation.

Site supervision

Quality control according to the Inspection and Test Plan, Monitoring and reporting project progress and project budget. 

Project management

We work with project tools such as ITP's (Inspection and Test Plan), a PQP (Project Quality Plan), record NCR's (Non Conformities) and Lessons Learned. 

We are specialized in projects larger than 10MW
